The Strada grant aims to contribute to the implementation of urban art forms outside the usual territories of artistic creation. It is divided into two parts: Strada Collectivités, for regional governments, and Strada Festivals, for non-profits that organise festivals. In total, two €7,500 grants are awarded each year.
The “Festival” grant is intended for festivals that have existed for less than 15 years, are organised by a non-profit in a town with fewer than 50,000 inhabitants, and wish to present a new work created by an artist or artist collective. The festival must be connected to its local area.

How much is the Strada Festivals grant?
A €7,500 grant, intended for non-profits, is awarded each year and divided as follows:
- €4,000 for the artist or artist collective
- €3,500 for the commissioning non-profit, covering the realisation of and support for the project
Legal support from ADAGP on questions relating to the artist or artist collective’s copyright will be offered to the awarded festival.
