The search notice engine gives you access to the list of works for which rights-holders could not be identified or located; it is made available to you in accordance with article L. 324-14 of the Intellectual Property Code.
Has ADAGP collected any copyright fees on my behalf ?
If the search notice engine has found uncollected royalties, contact us so that we can, after reviewing your supporting documents, pay you any royalties due to you, or identify and locate the artist in question or his/her rights-holders.
The amount of royalties at stake cannot be disclosed before ADAGP has verified the identity of the artisr or rights-holders.
Some of the information found in the search notice relates to sums that have not been collected but which may be claimed by ADAGP or the artist for a period of five years, in particular in respect of resale rights.
