Artists' testimonies

Christian Jaccard
"So many artists with so many different creative techniques, along with rights holders who are ADAGP members unanimously recognize the organization’s competence, expertise and enormous availability. ADAGP’s missions and actions are incomparable, giving it a strong position in a complex cultural environment that can often lead to strife. That’s why joining ADAGP is indispensable."

Member since 1977 and ADAGP Vice President
Olivier Masmonteil
"You should become an ADAGP member because they protect artists. Plus, with ADAGP, you’re never alone. They defend artists when they are in a weaker position and provide advice on copyright management. Together artists can be stronger and ADAGP offers this connection between all artists - advocating for our voice to be heard."

Olivier Masmonteil

Member since 2009 and Member of the ADAGP Board of Directors
Thibaut Brunet
"When you have a career as an artist, it’s really important to get support and help to keep up with everything. ADAGP is one of the organizations that can play this role and fight for our rights. It really moved me to see ADAGP, CIPAC and FRAAP file action with the Council of State to demand the reopening of exhibition spaces in 2020."

Thibaut Brunet

Member since 2019 and Winner of the 2019 Artist’s Book Revelation
