ADAGP regularly intervenes in France, in Europe, and in international bodies to advance copyright, from the defense of private copy to the fight against forgeries and artistic counterfeiting.
In 2022, it also launched 9 proposals in favor of the visual arts, which aim to provide artists with the means to create, to support access to art and to increase the influence of the French scene.

Download the health crisis survey
From January 25 to February 5, 2021, ADAGP will conduct a survey among artists to measure the effects of the crisis on their activities and to collect their appreciation of the emergency aid put in place to support the sector. (In French)

L’Observatoire des politiques culturelles (OPC) a publié, en janvier 2026, Vers un livre blanc de la décentralisation culturelle, afin de faire avancer le débat sur le sujet de la décentralisation, de préparer les prochaines échéances électorales et de nourrir le dialogue avec l’État et les parlementaires.
