ADAGP regularly intervenes in France, in Europe, and in international bodies to advance copyright, from the defense of private copy to the fight against forgeries and artistic counterfeiting.
In 2022, it also launched 9 proposals in favor of the visual arts, which aim to provide artists with the means to create, to support access to art and to increase the influence of the French scene.

ADAGP-SGDL 2023 Observatory
In order to analyse the causes of the deterioration in authors’ economic situation and to assess changes in professional practices that contribute to this, SGDL and ADAGP have set up the Observatory on Authors’ Remuneration in the Book Sector.

Download the health crisis survey
From January 25 to February 5, 2021, ADAGP will conduct a survey among artists to measure the effects of the crisis on their activities and to collect their appreciation of the emergency aid put in place to support the sector. (In French)
