Every member acquires a share of the capital for €15.24. This amount will be deducted from your first royalty payment. Then, ADAGP levies operating costs on royalties managed, applying an average rate of 13%.

ADAGP cannot manage rights that you have assigned to another artists rights society for your visual art works. If, however, you are a member of an artists rights society for other artistic activities, you can become a member of ADAGP.

To join, a collective must complete a membership form in its name, specifying the allocation of rights among the co-authors who are members of the collective. At the same time, each member of the collective joins individually as an artist.
