Esprit Français” exhibition – la maison rouge – 23 February 2017
From 24 February to 21 May 2017, the Maison Rouge is presenting the exhibition “The French Spirit – countercultures in France 1969-1989”, in partnership with ADAGP.
This exhibition charts a critical, irreverent and dissenting “French spirit” by proposing a multitude of filiations and affinities, through some sixty artists and over 700 works and documents (newspapers, leaflets, posters, film clips, etc.).
The exhibition explores a form of aesthetic revision and a perspective breaking with those usually given prominence in contemporary art.
ADAGP is offering its artists the possibility of benefiting from a special rate of €7 instead of €10 on presentation of their ADAGP membership card.
