Thanks to ADAGP’s network of sister societies, ADAGP is active on all continents.
Statutes and reports
The Statutes and General Regulations are adopted by the General Assembly and constitute the rules of the game governing the way ADAGP operates
Resale right
An author can benefit from the droit de suite for the resale of his work. The ADAGP is in charge of verifying it for its member authors and of paying the amount.
Collective Rights
The law established the collective management of certain copyrights when the artist does not have the material capacity to intervene directly to enforce them and entrusted the management to societies of authors such as ADAGP.
