Voting results of the Annual General Meeting on October 20, 2016
The Annual General Meeting held on October 20 and we are pleased to share the results of votes.
Here are the details of votes
1. The 2015 activity report was adopted by :
- 7 369 voices « for » 94,33% of voices
- 440 voices « abstain »
- 3 voices « against »
2. The accounts for 2015 were adopted, after reading the auditor reports :
- 7 238 voices « for » 92,77% of voices
- 561 voices « abstain »
- 3 voices « against »
3. The proposal for allocating amounts intended for cultural action was approved by :
- 6 457 voices « for » 87,95% of voices
- 848 voices « abstain »
- 37 voices « against »
Note, 1310 voters opted to vote by Internet.
This year was the election of members of the special committee on the right to information of the partners.
