Two ADAGP members among the four artists nominated for the 2018 Marcel Duchamp Prize
Mohamed Bourouissa and Clément Cogitore will compete for the celebrated prize among two ohers artists nominated.
At Artcurial on 1 February, with numerous collectors and friends of the association in attendance, ADIAF President Gilles Fuchs announced the names of the artists nominated for the 18th Marcel Duchamp Prize, two of whom are ADAGP members:
Mohamed Bourouissa (ADAGP member)

Clément Cogitore (ADAGP member)
Born in 1983 in Colmar, France
Lives and works in Paris

Thu Van Tran
Born in 1979 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Lives and works in Paris

Marie Voignier

Chosen by a committee of 11 collectors from the ADIAF, the four nominees have been invited to take part in a three-month group exhibition that will open on 10 October 2018 at the Centre Pompidou, partner to the prize since its creation.
The ADAGP is delighted to have two member artists among the nominees as it sponsors the Marcel Duchamp prize for the second time, offering greater visibility to French contemporary art.
