General assembly 2015, your opinion counts: vote online!
This year, for the second time, you can choose to vote online. The convocations have been sent to you at the beginning of july.
From septembre, 21 to October, 7, 2015 : the vote online The electronic vote is simple. With your ID number and password written on the notification to attend general assembly you received – document you should keep carefully –, you can vote online since September, 21 at 9 a-m. Once these strictly confidential codes fulfilled, you will be abble to examine the resolutions coming before you (approval of the 2014 accounts, of the activity report, the cultural action, election of the administrators…) with access to all the documents you are being asked to vote for. The vote will be possible no matter the type of screen (computer, smartphone, tablet…). Your ID number and pass word will be generated and communicated by the the vote online, Élection Europe; they will be sent to you twice par e-mail, on the opening of the vote and a few days before it closes. Of course the Adagp services do not have access to your personal data. The electronic vote will be closed on October, 7 at 6 p-m. It is not possible to give power for an electronic vote. This technology garanty the confidentiality of the vote by a secure encription of the data. The opening and closing will be controled by a bailiff. On Octobre, 15 at 2:30 : general assembly The general assembly will take place at the Salons Hoche, 9 avenue Hoche, 75008 Paris. All the associates are kindly invited. The members who have already voted online will note vote during the assembly, unless they have a power given by associates who haven't voted already. Every participants will be asked to sign the presence list. Those who come to vote will be given a card with the number of vote they represent. The bailiff and the scrutineers will count the votes online and during at the assembly, resolution by resolution. The results will therefore be declared as one goes along.
