On Thursday 19 October 2023, the Ordinary General Meeting of ADAGP brought together its members at a meeting held at 11 rue Duguay Trouin, 75006 Paris.
Hervé Di Rosa, President, and Marie-Anne Ferry-Fall, Director General of the ADAGP, presented members with the key points of the past year's activity, as well as figures on rights management, financial statements and cultural action.
The members of the Supervisory Board were also elected.

The activity report for the 2022-2023 financial year is approved with 11,390 votes cast.

For: 10,498 votes, i.e. 92.17%.
Against: 22 votes, i.e. 0.19%.
Abstentions: 870 votes, i.e. 7.64%.
The management report for the 2022 financial year and the financial statements for the 2022 financial year were approved by 11,391 votes cast.

Abstentions: 975 votes, i.e. 8.56%.
The allocation of the profit for the 2022 financial year to the reserves account was approved with 11,403 votes cast.
