Every year, ADAGP collects the copyright fees that cannot be individually licensed. The management of these rights has been assigned by law to Collective Management Organizations such as ADAGP.
How to claim these collective royalties?
To ensure that you are properly included in the calculation of collective copyright fees, you need to complete forms informing us of broadcasts of your works on television, in books or press publications.
You need to report:
- magazines, newspapers or books in which images of your works have been reproduced (for the calculation of Press and Publishing Reprography royalties),
- audiovisual programs broadcast on cable and satellite channels in which your works have been televised (to claim cable and satellite retransmission royalties).

Members Area
The Members Area allows you to declare uses of your works and to view your royalty statements.
