The search notice engine gives you access to the list of works for which rights-holders could not be identified or located; it is made available to you in accordance with article L. 324-14 of the Intellectual Property Code.
Has ADAGP collected any copyright fees on my behalf ?
If the search notice engine has found uncollected royalties, contact-us so that we can, after reviewing your supporting documents, pay you any royalties due to you, or identify and locate the artist in question or his/her rights-holders.
The amount of royalties at stake cannot be disclosed before ADAGP has verified the identity of the artisr or rights-holders.
Some of the information found in the search notice relates to sums that have not been collected but which may be claimed by ADAGP or the artist for a period of five years, in particular in respect of resale rights.
